Ms. Halpern is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas with a BS in Advertising and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing. She has served on the boards and been an officer of several non-profit organizations, volunteered as a tutor with the TEAM program, served as a wishgranter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas, and acted as Vice Chair of Marketing/Publicity for the JCC Maccabi Games.
